meet jack hill, or the jackal as his guards like to call him. jack is one of the last of his kind, a cynocephali. jack was imprisoned for his various crimes including assault, arson, attempted rape, murder, and theft. the only thing keeping him alive is the fact that executing him could qualify as an act of genocide, as he's the only cynocephali that's been seen in nearly 1,000 years. where jack came from is unknown but he often hints that he himself has never seen another of his kind and was probably raised by humans in secret. jack was caught and imprisoned by the same organization that supports

along with many other supernatural criminals and has shown obvious attaction to sorceress when she passes his cell
jack is 38 years old and has spent most of that time in a fire proof cell because of his tendency to start fires with his breath which is combustable and easily ignited with a gnash of his teeth. although he lacks any form of proper education he has shown to be quite intelligent, even capable of outsmarting his guards. how he managed to survive amongst humans for so long in unkown because his species cant shapeshift, and show very little talent at magic.
jack's species are pack animals at heart and he enjoys interaction, both rude and friendly, with other creatures in hopes of fulfilling this natural desire.
jack has dog like senses, capable of hearing and smelling things no one else can, with nightshade around that's not a good thing.
